With more than 35 years of culinary experience, John Dawli has dedicated his career to sharing the rich flavors and cherished traditions of Middle Eastern cuisine. In 1992, he co-founded Aladdin Restaurant, building a reputation for authentic dishes, exceptional service, and genuine hospitality.
 

Today, John continues that legacy through Aladdin Catering & Events, bringing his passion for food and celebration to weddings, corporate events, family gatherings, and special occasions throughout New Jersey and surrounding areas.
